When you use Planning Decoder, we collect the information you provide — the text you paste into the decoder, your email address if you sign up for notifications or create an account, and your payment details if you purchase a report (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card number).
We also collect basic analytics data through Vercel Analytics: page views, referral source, device type, and country. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.
Your decision notice text is sent to our AI model to generate your decode report. We store the decoded report in our database so you can return to it. We do not share your decision notice text or report data with any third party except our AI provider (Anthropic) for the purpose of generating your report.
Email addresses are used only to send you the notifications you signed up for. We do not sell or share email addresses.
We use essential cookies only — session management and access code storage. No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers.
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted in the EU, London region). Reports are retained indefinitely so you can return to them. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@planningdecoder.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also request a copy of all data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@planningdecoder.com and we will respond within 30 days.
