Free users receive an instant snapshot: decision type, appeal likelihood, and a plain English summary. Paid users receive a full decode report including refusal reasons explained, conditions decoded, recommended next steps, and (where purchased) an AI-drafted appeal letter.
Our AI analyses decision notices to the best of its ability, but it can make mistakes. Statistics such as local approval rates and nearby approvals are indicative estimates, not verified data. Always verify important decisions with a qualified RTPI planning consultant before taking action.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Lemon Squeezy handles invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds on our behalf.
All paid reports come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us at hello@planningdecoder.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You retain ownership of any text you paste into Planning Decoder. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your text through our AI model for the purpose of generating your report. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
Planning Decoder is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our reports. For complex or high-value planning matters, always consult a qualified professional.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
